WHAT IT IS

A billing team needed one place for clients, coverage, claims, invoices and all the follow-up in between. So that's what this is: one app where the whole team works the same records at the same time, with guardrails in the backend that keep every record consistent. Every patient you see here is demo data, and the client stays unnamed.

WHAT I BUILT

React 19, React Router 7, TanStack Query 5, Tailwind 4 and Vite 7, all TypeScript, on a Cloudflare Worker backend.
Every write runs through a Durable Object that serializes it, with conflict checks on visit and claim edits, so the whole team can work at once.
Three Durable Objects, PBKDF2/HMAC auth, and role-based permissions checked on every route.
PracticeQ sync, rate-limited, driven by a cron and by webhooks, with eligibility written back to patient profiles.
ERA 835 remittance import, including TriZetto PDF remits.
Availity eligibility PDFs read straight into the coverage form, with a field-by-field review before anything is saved.
Cost estimates against a fee schedule; printable analytics and claims reports with letterhead.
Real-time team chat and notifications, with a two-level audit trail under everything.
