WHAT IT IS

Latrina Walden Exam Solutions sells nurse-practitioner exam prep: books, practice exams, academy programs. Over time the job grew from "make the store look good" into building every piece of custom software the business runs on. This page is the tour.

WHAT I BUILT

SHOPIFY STORE

Dawn-based theme pushed way past stock: 89 sections (35 of them custom), about 30 custom page templates, academy landing pages with date pickers, live chat and a community board, a sticky mobile add-to-cart and a proof bar.

LWES READER

A view-only book library. Email login, a three-device lock, a per-reader watermark on every page, canvas rendering with selection and copying switched off, read-aloud, mark-up and a night mode.

EXAM ENGINE

Randomized AANP-FNP and ANCC-FNP practice exams with a university roster allowlist, so a school can hand it to a cohort.

FACULTY DASHBOARD, QUIZ BUILDER, CASE STUDIES

Readiness-predictor results scoped to each professor, an audit log, and a superadmin panel. Quiz Builder and Case Studies plug into the same roster.

Private team chat with search across the company's own docs.

ANALYTICS

A private dashboard for sales, email and promo performance. Shown here with demo numbers only.

LWES APP

Next.js 15, tRPC and Prisma, with an installable PWA and a daily challenge that keeps streaks. The student portal and admin are in development, with Expo and Electron builds lined up for phones and desktops.
