After the click

A website can look great and still make the day harder for the people running it. The moment a visitor books, pays, signs in, or submits something, the project moves beyond the page. That’s where the engine room starts.

Start with the daily work

Before designing a dashboard, map the job it needs to support. Who needs to see the information? Who can change it? What happens next? A clear flow beats a wall of numbers that nobody knows what to do with.

Make the handoffs visible

A payment, a booking, or a pay period moves through several states. Show those states clearly. People should be able to tell what’s waiting, what’s done, and what needs their attention without digging through three different screens.

Build both sides of the experience

The public page and the admin app are parts of the same product. HealthEdge Solutions and LBL Wellness Clinic are examples in the portfolio: the website gets people in the door, and the tools behind it keep things moving.
